The Global Environment Facility (GEF) will hold an Expanded Constituency Workshop (ECW) for Central Asia, including Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and the Russian Federation as part of the GEF Country Support Programme. The workshop will bring together representatives from civil society, the GEF Secretariat, and GEF Agencies, as well as focal points from the biodiversity, desertification, climate change, and chemical conventions to explain and discuss GEF support for environment-related activities.
