The Green Climate Fund (GCF) Private Investment for Climate Conference (GPIC) 2023 will bring together leaders and innovators from the public and private sectors to accelerate private financing for climate action in developing countries. The sixth annual event will convene on the margins of the 2023 Africa Climate Summit.
Among other topics, the event will focus on business models for climate change adaptation investment, clean energy transitions, investment in nature, the greening of local financial institutions, and capital for innovation and support to disruptive technologies and business models. The event will showcase GCF projects and share opportunities for the private sector to partner with the GCF.
