The preparatory process for the global compact for safe, orderly and regular migration will include informal interactive multi-stakeholder hearings. The fourth hearing will be a half-day event, and focus on the theme of 'Facts instead of perceptions: Promoting an evidence-based discussion on migration'. An updated provisional agenda was released on 12 February.
