This self-described “Alternative World Water Forum” proposes to: elaborate and propose a series of Actions to ensure universal right to water; promote Campaigns that support the Right to Water for everyone and that recognize Water as a common Good; contribute to the strengthening of the synergies between civil society movements, associations and organisations, active in the fields of water, environment, ecology, democracy and human and social rights; and favor conscious citizen participation in water management.
