Fifth US-India Energy Partnership Summit

Organized under the theme 'Accelerating Resilient Growth and Development,' the Fifth US-India Energy Partnership Summit will address a variety of bilateral issues related to energy efficiency, security, access and technology, including multi-stakeholder discussions on new collaborations in the areas of: renewable energy; green buildings and sustainable cities; decentralized energy access; shale gas; and climate change. The Summit, hosted annually since 2009 by TERI North America and Yale University, brings together senior political representatives, leading policy makers, researchers and corporates from the two countries. The 2014 Summit will coincide with the Indian leadership's visit to the US.
