The fifth session of the Assembly of the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) will take place from 17-18 January in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates. The Assembly, constituted by one representative from each member country, is IRENA's ultimate decision-making authority, which convenes annually to discuss and decide on, inter alia, the Agency's work programme and budget, adoption of reports, applications for membership and potential amendments to the Agency's activities.
