Fifth Asia-Pacific Climate Change Adaptation Forum

The Fifth Asia-Pacific Climate Change Adaptation Forum will convene under the theme 'Adapting and Living below 2°C: Bridging the Gaps in Policy & Practice'. One of the biggest climate change adaptation events in the region, the Forum will bring together representatives from over 50 countries, including policymakers, scientists, donors, and youth. The Forum will address adaptation planning, financing for adaptation, climate-resilient development and cross-learning across actors. It will explore platforms and concrete pathways to enhance partnerships among governments, civil society and business. The Asia Pacific Adaptation Network (APAN), the UN Environment Programme (UNEP) and the Sri Lankan Ministry of Mahaweli Development and Environment are organizing the event.
