Expert Group Meeting: Advancing the 2030 Agenda: Interlinkages and Common Themes at the HLPF 2018

The UN Division for Sustainable Development will hold an expert group meeting (EGM) titled 'Advancing the 2030 Agenda: Interlinkages and Common Themes at the HLPF 2018' in preparation for the 2018 session of the UN High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF). The meeting will examine the interlinkages between the various SDGs and targets, as well as the ways in which these interlinkages can be leveraged during implementation to accelerate progress across multiple objectives, is central to the overall success of the 2030 Agenda. Additional issues such as data availability, financing, capacity and technology present challenges and opportunities that have much in common across these SDGs.
