The Expanded Constituency Workshop (ECW) hosts discussions on priority issues, development and implementation of Global Environment Facility (GEF) projects, and project integration in national development frameworks. The event will bring together focal points from the GEF, UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), UN Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) and Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs), with representatives from civil society, the GEF Secretariat, and the GEF Agencies to discuss lessons learned and experiences regarding the implementation of multi-focal GEF projects in the region.
