A high-level dialogue is being convened for participants from private and public institutions to discuss a global report that synthesizes the main findings as well as views, experiences and recommendations from national, regional and global consultations on 'Engaging the Private Sector in the Post-2015 Era'. The consultations, facilitated by the UN Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and the UN Global Compact, discussed successful business strategies and actions that can help bringing private industries into the post-2015 development agenda as partners for advancing inclusive and sustainable growth and development. The consultations were co-sponsored by Spain and the US.
