The UN Economic and Social Council's (ECOSOC) 2020 Youth Forum will have the theme, 'SDG Generation: Shaping the Decade Ahead'.

Originally scheduled to convene from 1-2 April 2020, the Forum was postponed due to COVID-19. In June 2020 it was announced that the event has been deferred to ECOSOC's 2021 session. The ECOSOC Youth Forum 2021 will take place from 7-8 April 2020.

A UN75 Youth Plenary on the theme, 'SDG Generation: The Future is Now,' is expected to convene virtually in early September 2020, on a date to be announced.
