Martin Sajdik, President of the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), will convene a special stock-taking meeting on the outcome of the 2014 third International Conference on Small Island Developing States (SIDS) held in Apia, Samoa, and to reflect on the way forward. The special meeting will take place on Wednesday, 1 October 2014, at UN Headquarters in New York, US, at 15:00. All are invited to attend.
