The 2018 Council of European Municipalities and Region (CEMR) Conference on equality, diversity and inclusion will convene under the theme, ‘Equality, diversity & inclusion’. The city of Bilbao and the Basque association of municipalities will bring together local elected representatives, civil society, academia and CEMR associations to discuss the transformation of the social landscape in Europe.
