The Inter-agency and Expert Group on Sustainable Development Goal Indicators (IAEG-SDGs) will hold an open consultation with countries, regional and international agencies, civil society, academia and the private sector. The consultation is anticipated to take into account discussions to date. The UN Statistical Commission established the IAEG-SDGs to develop an indicator framework for the monitoring of the proposed SDGs and their targets.
