The second annual Bloomberg Global Business Forum will convene global leaders from public and private sectors to discuss and address challenges to shared prosperity presented by, inter alia, worldwide population growth, economic inequality and climate change, and build crucial partnerships between business and government.
Through a series of discussions and focused working groups, the meeting will provide an opportunity for presidents, prime ministers and CEOs to share their visions for sustainable economic development. Supported by Bloomberg Philanthropies, the day-long Forum will convene during the 73rd session of the UN General Assembly (UNGA).
Following the Global Business Forum, French President Macron, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, World Bank President Jim Yong Kim and Michael Bloomberg will bring together Heads of State, business leaders, and other non-state actors, for the second One Planet Summit to account for the implementation of commitments made at the first One Planet Summit and build trust and collaboration for ongoing multilateral climate action.
