The second edition of the Arab Forum for Equality (AFE) will be held under the theme, ‘One voice… Equality in Food Security’. The Forum will discuss issues raised in a regional report on inequality and food security in the Arab region, including policies that hinder equality in food security.

The UN Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) is convening the Forum in partnership with Pathfinders for Peaceful, Just and Inclusive Societies, the Islamic Solidarity Fund for Development, Oxfam, the World Food Programme (WFP), and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the UN (FAO).
