The UN Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) will host one of five regional forums being organized by the Egyptian Presidency of the 2022 UN Climate Change Conference (UNFCCC COP 27), UNFCCC High-level Champions, and the five UN Regional Commissions.

The African Regional Forum will discuss catalytic mechanisms to mobilize climate finance investments and crowd-in the private sector towards building climate resilience and advancing Agenda 2063 and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
