Africa Regional Resilience Dialogue

The Africa Regional Resilience Dialogue will be held on the theme, “Building Back Better and Greener: Seizing Transformation Opportunities for a Resilient Future in Africa.”

The event presents an opportunity to move forward and mobilize actors on crucial climate action work at a national and regional level, taking regional priorities into consideration. It offers an inclusive and open to all stakeholder’s platform to build stronger partnerships, and to showcase and transfer groundbreaking action aiming at building resilience and fostering adaptation on the continent.

This dialogue is part of a series of regional dialogues convened with non-party stakeholders, organized by the Global Resilience Partnership together with the Climate Resilience Network of the UNFCCC Marrakech Partnership for Global Climate Action with the support of the Chile and UK High Level Champions, Gonzalo Muñoz and Nigel Topping.

The Africa Regional Resilience Dialogue is co-led by the African Development Bank (AfDB), Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA), Africa Climate Foundation, the CGIAR Research Program on Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security (CCAFS/CGIAR) and the Global Network of Civil Society Organisations for Disaster Reduction (GNDR).
