The 91st Meeting of the Executive Board of the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) will address, inter alia: governance and management matters; membership issues; strategic planning and direction; performance management; matters related to the Executive Board and its support structure; operations of panels and working groups; rulings; accreditation; registration; issuance; regulatory matters; standards and tools; procedures; policy issues; and relationships with forums and other stakeholders. The CDM Executive Board supervises the Kyoto Protocol's CDM under the authority and guidance of the Conference of the Parties serving as the Meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol (CMP).
