The seventy-fifth session of the UN Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) Committee on Housing and Land Management (CHLM) will review the current and past activities of the Committee and its Working Parties. The range of topics to be discussed includes the Country Profiles on housing and land management, sustainable housing and real estate markets, energy efficiency in the housing sector, sustainable urban development, and land management. The 75th CHLM will be preceded on 7 October 2014 by a day of informal negotiations on the draft Charter on Sustainable Housing.
