This meeting will bring together approximately 500 participants to discuss transboundary water management in a changing climate. The meeting will include workshops led by the UN Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Potential Conflict – Cooperation Potential (PCCP) programme and the UN Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) Secretariat for the International Convention on the Protection and Use of Transboundary Watercourses and International Lakes (Water Convention), which will address the place of water in the design of the post-2015 development agenda.
