The 31st Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer (MOP 31) is scheduled to convene from 4-8 November 2019. 

The meeting will be preceded by two associated meetings: the 63rd meeting of the Implementation Committee under the Non-Compliance Procedure for the Montreal Protocol and the meeting of the Bureau of the Thirtieth Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol. 

The 41st meeting of the Open-ended Working Group of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer (OEWG 41), which convened in July 2019, laid the groundwork for decisions to be taken at MOP 31.
