The UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA) Statistics Division will convene the 24th meeting of the Inter-agency and Expert Group (IAEM) on Millennium Development Goals (MDG) indicators, from 16-19 October 2013, in Geneva, Switzerland. The meeting will review ongoing and planned activities related to MDG monitoring by various UN agencies, and discuss plans for the upcoming MDG reports. The Group also will explore lessons learned from MDG monitoring at national and regional levels.
