The 2019 European Forum on Urban Forestry (EFUF2019) will convene in Cologne, Germany, to explore urban forests as: the “healthy forest” for sport, well-being and human health; the “spiritual forest” for culture, religion and art; the “learning forest” for research, laboratories and education; and the “co-designed forest” for diverging interests, governance and urban forest management.

The conference is organized by the Ministry for Environment, Agriculture, Nature and Consumer Protection of the State Nordrhein-Westfalen, City of Cologne, European Forest Institute (EFI) Bonn and academic partners.
