The ninth annual Gaidar Forum will focus on modern challenges for public administration, the introduction of project work in government, innovation drivers, new challenges for central banks, digital society, sanctions, the centenary of the Russian revolution, confidence, the barriers and factors of successful entrepreneurship in Russia, and cluster approach in the era of digital production.
Participants during a 'Russia and the World: Values and Virtues' plenary discussion will include Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) Rector Vladimir Mau; Chief Executive Officer of the World Bank, Kristalina Georgieva; Chairman of JP Morgan Chase International, former Governor of the Bank of Israel (1991-2000) Jacob Frenkel; political analyst Ivan Krastev; President of the European Policy Center, former President of the European Council (2009-2014), former Prime Minister of Belgium (2008-2009) Herman Van Rompuy; and Minister for Foreign Trade and Development of Finland Kai Mykkanen.
