Organized by Solar Cookers International and Terra Foundation, this conference will exchange knowledge and collaborate to spread access to solar cooking, water purification, and related food processing applications. The conference will consider requirements, costs and benefits of various solar cooking technologies. On 15 July will be an exhibition and demonstration of various solar cooking, water purification and food processing devices from around the world.
