The UNFCCC Standing Committee on Finance (SCF) will convene its 18th meeting (SCF 18) in Bangkok, Thailand, following the Bangkok Climate Change Conference. The SCF assists the Conference of the Parties (COP) in exercising its functions in relation to the Financial Mechanism.
